By accessing and using Metrohyp ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Metrohyp provides social media marketing services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, and engagement for various social media platforms. We provide real engagement from genuine accounts.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information (usernames, not passwords)
• Your account must be set to public for service delivery
• You must not use our services for illegal purposes
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with platform terms

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is required before service delivery begins
• We accept bank transfers, card payments, and cryptocurrency
• Prices may change without prior notice

5. Delivery

Delivery times vary by service and quantity. We strive to begin delivery within 0-24 hours of payment confirmation. Larger orders may use gradual delivery to ensure account safety.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Non-delivery within the specified timeframe
• Significant under-delivery (less than 80% of ordered quantity)
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase

Refunds are not provided for delivered services or quality disputes after delivery.

7. Non-Drop Guarantee

We offer a 30-day non-drop guarantee on applicable services. If followers/likes drop within 30 days of delivery, we will refill them at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover drops caused by account changes or platform actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Metrohyp is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results such as increased sales, partnerships, or monetization eligibility.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
